Description

Eight classic fruit bubble tea flavours

Fruit Fantasy sticks to the fruit flavours most people already know: mango, lychee, green apple, peach, strawberry, raspberry, guava and honeydew. If you’re buying for a group and don’t know everyone’s taste, this is the safest choice.

It comes with eight toppings. The popping boba is mango, green apple, lychee and strawberry, and the jelly is peach, strawberry, green apple and coconut. There’s 180g of tapioca pearls as well.

We’ve included five jasmine green tea bags and three Assam black tea bags. Jasmine suits the lighter flavours such as lychee and honeydew. Assam is better with mango and peach if you like a stronger tea taste.

Each flavour pot makes one drink, and the kit is vegan and gluten free. Eight bamboo straws and two recipe cards are in the box.

How to make it

  1. Cook the tapioca pearls in boiling water as shown on the recipe card, then rinse in cold water.
  2. Brew one tea bag per drink and let it cool.
  3. Add a portion of fruit tea flavour to a cup filled with ice cubes.
  4. Spoon in your boba or jelly topping, pour over the tea, stir with a bamboo straw and enjoy!

Is Fruit Fantasy a good choice if I don't know which flavours people like?

Yes. It has the eight fruit flavours most people already know, so there's something for everyone in a group.

Which tea bag should I use for each flavour?

Use jasmine green tea for lychee, honeydew, guava and green apple. Try Assam black tea with mango, peach, strawberry and raspberry for a richer drink.

Can I split the kit across two days?

Yes. Each flavour is in its own sealed portion pot, so open only what you need. Refrigerate opened boba and jelly and use them within a few days.

Is Fruit Fantasy suitable for vegans and coeliacs?

Does the Fruit Fantasy kit contain caffeine?

The jasmine green tea bags do, as all green and black teas contain some caffeine. If you'd rather avoid it, skip the tea bag and mix the fruit flavour with chilled water instead.
