When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We use Royal Mail 48 hours tracked delivery. After placing an order, you will be provided with your tracking information within 1-3 working days.

Are your bubble tea kits suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

All of our ingredients are suitable for vegetarians. Our fruit teas are suitable for vegans. For further information regarding ingredients, allergies and nutritional facts see the additional information tab on our product pages.

What is the best before date on your bubble tea kits ?

All of our ingredients are repacked from their original packaging. So, it’s better to consume within one month on the cautious side. Please store the product in a cool and dry place.

Popping Boba and Jelly can be refrigerated.

Do you include cups in your bubble tea kits and subscription boxes?

We do not provide cups in our bubble tea kits as we believe in reducing carbon footprint and we want to be an eco-conscious business. As it is a DIY Kit, we want our customers to use their own favourite cups to make bubble teas.

Is your packaging to a minimum ?

We try our best to keep packaging to a minimum. Infact, we believe in conserving nature and polluting less so as to reduce the carbon footprint. Our products are packaged in eco-friendly packaging which is 100% biodegradable and compostable! It’s difficult for one person to make a substantial difference, but we can all participate in preserving our planet by using eco-friendly brands. We want to give our customers the premium unboxing experience.

How much is the delivery charge?

For Deliveries, within the U.K a charge of £2.99 will be added.
For international shipping, the charges will depend on the country of the delivery.

Returns Policy

With respect to the Distance Selling Regulations (Online and Distance Selling), these regulations are applicable to both perishable and semi-perishable commodities. These regulations protect a customer to return the product if they find it inedible due to process failure. The customer needs to return the order at their own cost (cost of postage) within 14 days. If 14 days have passed, then there will be no refund or exchange.

If you believe the product has failed due to processing, to complete the return, please contact us at orders@bobabar.co.uk.  Please outline the reason for wanting to return the product with your receipt or proof or purchase, we will then issue you with a returns number. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you an email to notify you once the return is received and inspected by our team. In the mail, notification of approval or rejection of your refund will also be provided. If there is approval, then your refund will be processed to the original method of payment by which the product was purchased within 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Process to follow if you have not received your agreed refund in a reasonable amount of time:

  1. Please check your latest online bank statement.
  2. Contact your credit/debit card company as sometimes it takes some days to reflect the refund.
