Gingerbread, apple pie and brown sugar milk tea
Warm Moments is our winter kit. The eight milk teas are popcorn, gingerbread, apple pie, vanilla, brown sugar, tiramisu, masala chai and chocolate, and most of them taste like a dessert you’d have at Christmas.
Brown sugar milk tea with tapioca pearls is the one to make first. It’s the drink many bubble tea shops are famous for. Gingerbread and apple pie come a close second.
Toppings are lychee, peach, strawberry and passion fruit popping boba, with grape, mango, coconut and strawberry jelly, plus 180g of tapioca pearls. There are five jasmine green and three Assam black tea bags, eight bamboo straws and three recipe cards.
It makes a good Christmas present or Secret Santa gift for anyone who loves bubble tea. The kit is gluten free.
